SheRise Alliance is a Christ-centered community built for Christian young adults who are ready to rise in faith, step into their God-given purpose, and do life together in community.

We were founded on one unwavering belief, that every young adult carries a calling worth pursuing, and that she should never have to pursue it alone. Through Bible study, mentorship, fellowship, and service, we create the space for that calling to come alive.

We are not just an organization. We are a family, grounded in the Word, fueled by prayer, and committed to one another’s growth in every season of life.

Meet Our Founder

Dr. Chinelo Shote

Founder & President, SheRise Alliance

“Every young person carries a calling worth pursuing. SheRise exists to make sure she never pursues it alone.”

Dr. Chinelo Shote is a devoted wife and mother of three beautiful children, two adults and one teenager. She is the Founder and Convener of SheRise Alliance, a Christ-centered platform dedicated to inspiring, empowering, and equipping young adults, especially women, through mentorship, leadership training, faith-based education, and community outreach.

Professionally, Chinelo serves as a Certified Adoption Specialist and Child Advocate in the State of New Jersey, where she is deeply committed to the protection, empowerment, and well-being of children and families. She also holds a Certification in the Violence Against Women Program in New Jersey and has been actively involved in advocacy efforts supporting women and vulnerable populations.

Chinelo earned her Bachelor’s Degree with honors in English from Rutgers University and a Master’s Degree in Child Advocacy and Policy from Montclair State University. She further pursued theological and leadership development by earning a Doctorate of Ministry from Jubilee International Institute.

Known for her grace, compassion, wisdom, and spirit of excellence, Chinelo is passionate about helping individuals discover their identity, purpose, and voice. Through SheRise Alliance, she continues to impact lives globally by creating safe spaces for spiritual growth, personal development, leadership cultivation, and transformational community engagement.

John Adekunle Shote is a Civil Engineer and Management Information Manager with 25+ years of experience. He is passionate about serving God and mentoring faith-driven young adults through biblical and financial teaching.

Victoria Anabui

Vice President
Victoria Anabui is an entrepreneur and youth mentor. She is the Co-Founder of Lehigh Valley Community Connections, USA, an organization dedicated to supporting individuals with IDDs including autism. As Vice President of Sherise Alliance, she is passionate about faith, purpose, and empowering young people to grow and thrive.

Rejoice Obiora, MPH

Secretary
Rejoice Obiora is a public health expert and PhD researcher passionate about maternal and child health. She advances global health through research, mentorship, and strategic partnerships.
